Prompt and reliable service, via their webinar, email, text or on the phone. Ben and his team are quick to trouble shoot, offer advice and did a brilliant job migrating our school into the 21st century with iPads and an apple caching server. The training in Zuludesk has meant we are self sufficient and we only call on iDesign IT when we need some refreshing!
